Nestled in idyllic dairy country, Yea Riverside Caravan Park is not far from Mt. Buller for skiing and other area attractions such as gorge country, the Great Victorian Rail Trail including the historic Cheviot Rail Tunnel and many small towns that harken back to the days of gold mining and forestry. Fishing and water sports abound in the area as well as hiking and biking trails. With so many things to see and do, we are your go-to destination for camping and caravanning year-round.

Additionally, it is only a short walk into the quaint and historic town of Yea where you can take a step back in time, exploring the colonial past along the Heritage walk that features 27 sites of interest. Shopping and dining along High Street is always a treat, especially if you fancy Devonshire Tea, lunch or dinner on the horse drawn tram! Or, you can immerse yourself in the natural environment in the protected Yea Wetlands park where you might observe koalas, platypus and many other species including a living fossil – the coloured damselfly.

With our proximity to the Yea River and our on-site features such as a kid’s playground, well-appointed camp kitchen, gas BBQs and meeting room, you don’t even have to leave! Just relax and enjoy your surroundings from the comfort of your powered site – and you can even bring your pet!

Each villa has the convenience of full kitchen facilities with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and table and chairs. Also included for your use is a kettle and toaster. With complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk and a coffee machine, our Blue Gum Villa range is excellent value for your holiday dollar with a premium touch.

The soft and luxurious queen bed is fully made with a doona and linen. There's an electric blanket on the bed and spare blankets in the cupboard to provide extra warmth during the chilly winter months. The bunk beds are supplied with sheets, a doona and pillow, however these are not made up.

The villas have a bathroom suite with a vanity and mirror, a shower, a hair dryer with complimentary toiletries included.

There's a couch for relaxing, reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort and a flat screen television to keep you entertained.

Each villa also boasts an outdoor setting on the verandah and there's parking behind the villa. Arrangements can be made to park your trailer or boat.

Each of our brand new Studio units is outfitted with a queen bed and all linen as well as modern shower and toilet facilities. A convenient kitchenette is stocked with cooking and eating utensils and a bar-sized fridge for making basic meals.
