Each of our brand new Studio units is outfitted with a queen bed and all linen as well as modern shower and toilet facilities. A convenient kitchenette is stocked with cooking and eating utensils and a bar-sized fridge for making basic meals. Reverse cycle air conditioning maintains the perfect environment and you can enjoy all the comforts of home with a large TV and free Wi-Fi.

We are conveniently located halfway between Melbourne and Mt. Buller making us the perfect base for affordable winter skiing. Plenty of opportunities for fishing and other water sports are also nearby and the Great Victoria Rail Trail offers hiking and sight-seeing opportunities.

We are within walking distance of the quaint heritage sites of Yea and the town offers shopping and hearty dining along High Street. You can enjoy the Yea Heritage Walk and learn about the interesting history of the town or head over to the Yea Wetlands to observe nature at its best – koalas, platypus, many species of frogs – along boardwalks and over bridges spanning streams and marshes.
